‘Hot Trend’ IU will end her official promotions with final stages on MBC ‘Music Core’ on the upcoming 12th and SBS ‘Inkigayo’ on the 13th.

Although the drama Dream High has been finished, but the popularity of the drama has not gone down at all.
Tous les jours which is owned by CJ, plans to sell the “couple lollipop” is the candy given by Pilsook (IU) to Jason (Wooyoung) in the drama. The candy also called “Dream Candy”.
According to representatives from Tous les jours’, “Because the characters (Jason and Pilsook) is gaining much popularity for their charming love on Dream High, we are pleased to produce this candy.”
The lollipop will be sale on “White Day” on March 14th when the boy usually give chocolate for the his girl.
This lollipop is special edition that only available for 10 days.

[NEWS] IU opens for Corinne Bailey Rae's Korean concert
On March 10th, singers Lee Hyori, Jang Jae In, and IU attended Corinne Bailey Rae’s first ever Korean concert.
IU opened up the stage for the international star, and added to the bright atmosphere surrounding the event. She said that she was honored at having to perform for the star, as she previously revealed that Corinne Bailey Rae was her role model.
Corinne Bailey Rae performed over 20 songs with live instruments that really solidified her reputation as one of the best vocalists in music. Lee Hyori, who recently revealed her interest in the guitar, was seen thoroughly enjoying the concert alongside Jang Jae In.
The “musician couple,” Yozoh and Lee Sang Soon were also spotted, plus vocalist Shin Hyo Bum, and f(x)’s Krystal, who stole the hearts of the male audience around her by arriving with a bare face.

[NEWS] 11/03/10 IU's punishing schedule revealed!
IU’s busy daily schedule has been recently revealed.
On March 8th, IU went on MBC FM4U’s Noh Hong Chul’s “Chin Chin Radio” and gave a summary of her daily activities for that day.
In the morning, IU was woken up by her mother and went straight to school. After greeting her teacher, she went to get her hair and makeup

Singer K.Will revealed his thoughts on IU.
During his showcase for his second mini-album, which took place on the 10th, he revealed “I couldn’t take my eyes off of IU, who appears in my music video [for ‘My Heart is Racing’].”
Further, K.Will expressed “It’s obvious to males that IU is the ‘Hottest Trend’, but females can’t help but acknowledge this as well” and, “Words cannot express how happy I was to work with her.”
He also mentioned, “Rather than MBLAQ’s Lee Joon, I wanted to play the lead male role alongside IU. It saddened me to know that my agency didn’t consider my feelings.”

2PM’s Wooyoung recently surprised IU by pretending to be a fan of hers on the phone!
When IU guested on the radio program, “Lee Soo Young’s Music Show“, she took a call from a very avid ‘fan’. Wooyoung pretended to be a boy from Busan who idolizes IU; consequently, when he first ‘learned’ that he was talking to IU, he kept saying, “Am I talking with IU? Is this really IU???”

[NEWS] IU makes Uncle Fans go crazy with one wink
This year's most popular star is most definitely IU. Not only is she promoting albums, she is working hard in dramas, and everything she does has been a big hit. The fans are showing so much interest in her new TV commercial.
The Home Plus “Kind Bean Sprout” showed IU's trademark brightness and cuteness. She did her 3 level high note in the commercial, proving once again that she is the most popular star of this year.
In the commercial, she is yelling something while wearing short shorts and holding a red voice magnifier. She shows off a very cute dance with Kang Ho Dong and Yoo Seung Min who also appeared on the commercial.

[NEWS] IU, TVXQ, & B2ST to cameo on SBS's new sitcom, "Welcome to the Show"
SBS will release a new sitcom called, “Welcome to the Show“, and they’ve already got a stellar list of confirmed cameos from IU, TVXQ, and B2ST!
